Torch applied, 4.5kg/m?, mineral finish, reinforced polymer - bitumen waterproofing membrane used as a continuous waterproofing membrane for roofs and other UV exposed areas. May be used as the top layer in a two layer membrane system or as a single roof membrane.

Typical Applications

  • Used as the top layer in a two layer membrane system or as a single roof membrane for both new and renovation work

Advantages

  • APP polymer modified -specifically selected for Australian conditions
  • Handles ponding and permanently wet conditions
  • No curing times. Instantly waterproof
  • Uniform thickness eliminating likelihood of uneven application possible with liquid applied membranes
  • Excellent stability at both high and low temperatures
  • Excellent flexibility
  • Mineral finish provides improved UV resistance
  • Flexibility at low temperature (EN1109) : -15°C
  • Impermeability to water (EN1928 B method) : ≥ 60 kPa
  • Longitudinal Tensile elongation (EN12311 1) : 45%
  • Longitudinal Tensile strength (EN12311 1) : 700 N/50mm
  • Transverse Tensile elongation (EN12311 1) : 45%
  • Transverse Tensile strength (EN12311 1) : 600 N/50mm
